KOSU HEMP operates on a precision-driven fulfilment infrastructure designed to deliver consistent service quality, transparent order visibility, and efficient last-mile execution. All shipments comply with our sustainability-first logistics mandate and partner compliance guidelines.

2. Order Processing Timeline

All orders undergo a structured, multi-stage fulfilment cycle:

2.1 Order Validation

• Order is verified against payment confirmation and inventory availability.

• Fraud and address risk scoring is performed through our internal OMS screening.

2.2 Quality & Packing Cycle

• Each garment is routed through a two-layer QC matrix to ensure fabric integrity, construction accuracy, and finishing hygiene.

• Items are then packed using eco-certified recyclable packaging, secured with tamper-evident seals.

4. Delivery Zones & Serviceability

• Pan-India serviceability covering Metros, Tier-1, Tier-2 & Tier-3 clusters.

• Remote, defence, and restricted zones may experience extended delivery windows.

International deliveries are available through cross-border express carriers, with transit cycles of 7–14 business days.

5. Order Tracking

Upon dispatch:

• Customers receive a tracking link via SMS + Email.

• Tracking shows Picked → Transit → Out for Delivery → Delivered milestones.

• High-value orders may include OTP-based delivery authentication.

6. Delivery Attempts & RTO Protocol

6.1 Failed Delivery

If the customer is unavailable:

• Courier attempts delivery up to two times.

• Customer may be contacted for address confirmation or re-scheduling.

6.2 RTO (Return to Origin)

Triggered if:

• Delivery attempts fail

• Address is incorrect

• Customer refuses the shipment

RTO items are brought back to our fulfilment hub for reconciliation.

7. Shipping Fees

• Standard Shipping: Complimentary above the internal threshold.

• Express Shipping: Available on select pin-codes at an additional fee.

8. Packaging & Sustainability Compliance

All garments are packed using:

• Recyclable paper materials

• Plant-based adhesives

• Minimal plastic policy

• Tamper-proof eco-seals

This ensures alignment with KOSU HEMP’s sustainability charter.

9. Force Majeure

Delivery timelines may be impacted due to:

• Extreme weather events

• Natural disasters

• Political unrest

• Public holidays

• Transport strikes

• Regulatory disruptions

KOSU HEMP will not be held liable for delays caused by such uncontrollable events.

10. Ownership & Liability Transfer

Ownership of the product transfers to the customer once the shipment is successfully delivered and authenticated.
